Excluding furnished properties, typically the tenant needs to have first months rent and a deposit that is equal to one full months rent plus pet rent if one should be needed.

How much is the application fee and how long does it take to process?
The application fee is currently $40 and the application can be found within our website. The $40 costs covers the cost of one person. Roommates are $40 for the first person and $20 for each person thereafter. The application fee is non-refundable. The process normally takes 24 hrs, but can take longer if employers or past landlords are not calling us back. Sometimes, it may be necessary for you to help us to contact difficult people to reach.

Are there any tenant administrative fees?
Yes, but unlike apartment communities that have $300 administrative fees we have broken down fees that are much easier to pay. For example, the tenant is responsible for a $100 -$150 administrative fee (depending upon rental rate) upon move-in which is non-refundable. The tenant is also responsible for a tenant administrative fee on their rent. We have found that this makes the move-in less expensive for the resident.

Do you allow pets?
Yes. We do allow pets at each owners discretion. Pitpulls, dobermans and dogs that are normally a threat to humans are not accepted, but it is decided case by case.

Do you allow handicap people or people with disabilities?
Absolutely. We do follow all the Federal Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.
